Not Providing second cylinde

Sir,

I have applied for second cylinder last month. I was asked to come next day with Rs.2500. I went with my mother (since applied in the name of my mother), they said the "cylinders are over so come tommorow". Again next saturday I called them, after getting confirmation i went with my mother they asked me to wait for some time. After waiting 1hr they asked us come by afternoon without proper response.

Again afternoon they said the cylinders are over, so come tommorow. After that each time whenever i call, am getting the same response.
