Transfer of consumer account no-15681

My Consumer account NO:15681 recently I got transfer from vizag to chennai on 04th Jan'10.But I had tried for transfer the consumer account from M/S sai gruba gas agency, bharat gas, pedagantyada, vizag-44 to chennai-thiruvottiyur from the last one week.but there is no response for transfer this connection.how to take immeately i am staying in vizag for transfer the this connection only so iam requesting kindly take the neccessary action for this connection.
