Non Delivery of gas cylinder on time

Dear Sir,

The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.

My consumer number is 18164 and Agency name is "Panvel Gas Service", Panvel.

This is to inform you that we had booked our cylinder for home cylinder on 24/12.

But delivery has not taken place despite of daily reminders till today i.e. 09/01.

This is happening for last three months that we are not getting deliveries in time. We have to go personally and hire a vehicle to get the delivery done.

Please let us know, how can we continue the relationship with you if we are not getting proper service from your side and not even proper reply from your agency employee.

Please look into the matter.
