GAS NOT DELEVERING ON TIME

Dear Sir/Madam,

this is to inform you that I hve booked the gas on 23/12 by SMS and got confirmation from bhart gas sms service number but till date) 11/01 I have not receive the same this is the not first time it happen every time and the agencies The Friends Gas Service

They have got two land line number but the receiver of the phone is always took off it goes buisy every time. we are realy facing lot of problem.

please look into matter and do the needfull.
