Not responding on telephone regarding booking of refilling of LPG

For the last three days i have tried to contact bharat gas supplier namely priyanka gas situated at hamilaton road kashmere gate delhi for booking the lpg refill having the connection number 6661 in the name of "Shri Mani ram sharma" residence of 1068 timarpur delhi but of no avail. The four telephone numbers mentioned on the cash memo remained engaged throughout the day moresoever if responding nobody pick up the phone for recieveing the message of myself. This is the routine habbit of the said supplier each and every time resulting into facing accute problem in booking the gas. Please suggest us what to do in booking the gas and take action against the LPG supplier M/s Priyanka gas.
