Non Delivery of Cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked my gas on 11.01.2010 to M/s. Varsha Enterprises, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. More than 15 days have gone and even after the continous follow-ups the cylinder is not delivered to me till date i.e. 27.01.2010. Only they are answering me that today it will be delivered. I can not know when this today will come.
