Illegal selling of cylinders in market, delay in delivery of gas by Amit Gas Agency Barauli, Gopalganj (Bihar)

Sir,

My consumer no. is 1148.My Distributor's name is M/S Amit Gas Agency Bharat Gas Distributer Barauli, Gopalganj (Bihar) and Distributor's code-451746. My cylinder was booked for home delivery on

02-01.After booking cylinder twenty eight days have passed but the said agency has not supplied the cylinder to me as yet. The said agency has developed its own rule that a cylinder can be booked only

after 21 days of the prior gas delivery. The said agency takes at least 45 days in whole process. In my case it has taken 50 days so far but no result. The said agency sells cylinders illegally in the market.

You are kindly requested to take proper action against it for delay in delivery, booking and illegal selling of cylinders and inform me immediately about it.
