Complaint against mannu gas agancy jind road rohtak

i am doing complaint against baharat gas (mannu gas agancy) in rohtak city haryana. this agancy employee firstly give waiting list on one months minimum firstly they book than give 10 days waiting more secondly they sale their daily uses consumer products like:- toffe, tea, biscuits etc.. third is headoffice of bharat gas take no action against this agancy... i complaint against this agancy to headoffice and media... but no action to e taken by office
