Non delivery of gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

Every time i book a gas cylinder for my domestic use, my gas distributer, M/S EXCEL GAS SERVICES, VASHI, NEW MUMBAI (AGENCY CODE No. -149493) supply the gas cylinder after not less than 15-20 days. That also after I remind them several times and going up & down to the distributer personnels and reporting to the Bharat Gas Officer. It is surprised to note that I get the cylinder as soon as I report to the officer. But I surprise why I have to report to the officer every time? I request you to look into it so that this complain is permanently solved.
