REGISTERED AT 631809 AMUDAS GAS SERVICE UDUMALPET TIRUPPUR DIST, TAMILNADU

Sir,

on 28/12 when I was supplied the Gas Cylinder I was not issued any receipt instead simply a cash memo was issued on which only my address was noted not even the paid amount of Rupees 330/=.. On inquiry they say that if I do no book for a gas cylinder within 100 days, the company will take off my consumer number, A6138 and issue a fresh number and hence computer receipt cannot be issued.

But I do not believe this answer and consequently I bring this to your kind notice to confirm their answer and to take necessary action for issuing me proper receipt please
