Sub.: Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & poor service of dealer

I, Kusum consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.9403 of Rathi Gas Service, (Ph: 01293228970), Sarai Faridabad,

Dear Sir we have booked the gas cylinder on 04/02/09 on telebooking number and they have promised that your cylinder will be delivered on 18/02/09 but till date i haven't received the gas and even we don't have the gas at home due to which we are following up with the agency on a daily basis but their is only one answer will be delivered by tommmorow but thate tommmorow doesn't come.

And Mr. Chezani the area manager of that area is also not picking up the call.
