NON SUPPLY OF REFILL CYLINDER

My consumer number is 2632 at bharat gas agency at Khanna district Ludhiana (Punjab). The method adopted by your agenency holder to distribute the refill cylinder is of the poorest standard. The major portion of the refill cylinder supplied to the agency goes to the black market. Any consumer can get refill cylinder at the cost of Rs.630 in black market. I have booked for the refill cylinder on 5-2-10, but till today I am not able to get the cylinder. I have gone to the bharat gas agency four times and the same answer is given every time that we shall supply the cylinder tomorrow, so you can guess my harassment.

I request you to enquire into the mishandling of the refill cylinder in my presence. The best solution can be achieved by transferring the agency to another person so that the agency may function properly without the harassment to any consumer.
