Delay in Delievery of Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir, It has more than 15 days of booking Gas Cylinder - booked on 4th March and also given two reminders, but I have not received the Cylinder. Each time we try the phone numbers there is no response or busy. If you visit personally they pretend as if they have noted our reuquest say that we will receive the Cylinder tomorrow. As a working women it is very difficult to keep tab in them. Just for your reference the Gas Connection is in the name of my Husband Mr. Deepak Rana- Consumer number - 25066
