Non Delivery of Cylinde

I am having Bharat gas connection consumer no. 14625, consumer name Ipsita mohanty. The agency of Bharat Gas with whom i am having connection is Shri krishna Agency Bangalore and the propritor of the agency is Mr. Dinesh.

Everytime when i book cylinder for refill, i do not get cylinder for 8-10 days and ihave to wait. When i spoke to Mr. Dinesh on his cell phone no. 9900239654 asking the status of delivery, he was rude in replying and showed does damn care attitude.

Seems like these guys are living in Monopoly market.

I expect promt service for essential goods and refilling of cylinder immediately.
