Non delevery of gas cylinder after two week of booking

I have a LPG gas connection with Neelam Gas Faridabad of Bharat Gas. I have booked for my cylinder refill on Dt. 22 April and beside several reminder I have not received the gas till date. This is there routine habit that they never deliver in time (I have proof for this), they hardly attend the customer phone and there behavior towards customer is not good. Usually they book the cylinder in 30 days and give delivery in more than 15 days. Can a cylinder be sufficient for 45 days for family of 5.
