Irritating responce

Hi sir

we had booked for cylinder on 26/07. for home delivery.they said we will send with in 7 days .but till now they didn't send. In between these days we are calling them and going and asking.they are not responding .daily those people are saying like we will send tomarrow...

Its going on from 4days.we are getting irritation about this services.so we want to cancel this connection.

My intention giving complaint is you may take action on that agency (BANGARU SAI ENTERPRISES CC661818, KPHB, HYDERABAD).so that other customer may not face this problem.
