My father in law Mr. RAMASWAMY wanted to get his existing gas connection transferred from Kerala to Tirupur as he is being transferred here. He approached BHARAT GAS-DESIKAN AGENCY located at Anuparpalayam, Tirupur as it is close to his new rented house. Booking executive-Mr. Satheesh verified all the documents on 14-08 and said that he needs one more confirmation letter from the previous agency inorder to process this request. He also informed my father in law that it will take 2 days from the enrollment date to deliver filled GAS cylinder as per the current practice. As requested, my father in law brought all the required documents today (21-08) and met Mr. Satheesh. Now Mr. Satheesh is saying that he is unable to enroll my father in law today as he does not have one way cylinder as per the policy. He behaved in a rude manner while replying to our query. He suggested us to contact the complaints officer Mr. KIRAN @ 9585535899. When contacted he said that he cannot take this complaint as this is not written anywhere. I contacted customer relation centre @ (0422) 2534336 as available in www.ebharatgas.com but no response. Such ir-responsibilities should be handled very seriously. I need a revert on this immediately.
