Delay in delivery of bike

Dear Sir,

I have dispatched a hero honda motor cycle TN37AD9292 on 06.06.2011 from coimbatore junction vide way bill no 207395 dt 06.06.2011 to Kottayam. The Motor cycle had reached kottayam junction on 10.06.2011 during night and the vehicle was taken delivery on 11.06.2011 at 11.00 AM . There was no delay in taking delivery. However the railway parcel service at Kottayam junction had charged extra Rs.60.00 vide Money receipt No 051949 dt 11.06.2011.The delivery was taken within 24 hours. But even then extra money was charged. The reason for charging extra money may please be explained and if it is excess the extra money may please be refunded. Also please state why there was delay in transporting the vehicle from Coimbatore to Kottayam by 4 days and who is to be charged for this default by the railways? please mail your reply to esspee03@gmail.com
