On transfer of connection from Amla to Pune Arihant Gas Agency, Pune Billed me 5 kg Rice & Rubber Tube costing Rs 496/- 182

I have transferred my Gas connection from Amla MP to Pune and on transfer I was charged for 5 Kg Rice costing Rs 496 and rubber tube costing 182 by Gas Agency Arihant Gas Agency Pune -48 .Though i was charged the same i have not taken the items and agency not refunded the same. I was not aware that BP Gas sells rice also. My complaint to BP was not yet replied by the company I hope through your medium they may reply.
