Non Delivery of cylinder even after 25 days

I Mrs. Deepali Kiran Mahajan holding a Bharat gas connection from Rajaram gas Distributors Address is 74-B/2/15, Plot No 14-25, Behind Katraj Dairy, Katraj, Pune-411046. My Consumer No. is 42382, I booked a new Cylinder on 26th August. As I am holding a single gas connection it is difficult for me to manage without a gas for almost one month. Whenever I called them they told us the cylinder will come by today or tomorrow but it never comes. Two days back when the Tempo of Cylinder came to my place i inquired about my delivery and he replied me that he was distributing the cylinders who has enrolled on 28th August. I was shocked to hear this please help me out in this situation.
