Delay in delivery of lpg gas

I had booked for the refilling of lpg cylinder on 18/09/10, consumer no-5331, modern

enterprises (BHARAT GAS), deoghar, jharkhand.but till date they not deliverd, and it

delay by 15-20 days.it is very very dificult for me.every month problem for me because of lpg gas.they are extremly rude and show careless attitude.

kindly help me as soon as possible.
