Non delivery of the cylinder even after 1 month

Its been almost a month from the day we have ordered for our gas cylinder. we have fired many times to the person sitting at your Nalasopara branch. this is the second time we are facing this problems. Because of this we had to black a cylinder, which you people made a habit for us (consumers) to take this step as you/your people don't deliver cylinders on time making situations out of control.

And mind it your people are so smart that they don't allow us to book the second cylinder after 15 days and this forces us to book it in black... which is nothing but your laziness

it is your laziness and we have to pay for it x-(
