Improper documents while transfe

I have transfered from Nasik to pune and asked Bharat Gas dealer Laxmi Gas to give nacessary docs. for transfer, he has given wrong docs. which are not accepted by pune dealer neither by Pune Bharat gas regional office. Laxmi gas services is not ready to change the docs. nor he is satisfying the the requirments of pune dealer, He asked me to talk to Regional manager who is not responding.

Now I do not have connection from last one month due to irsponsible Bharat gas people.
