Non delivery of cylinder 15 days of booking

I am having a Bharat Gas connection consumer No. 23046 in the name of Smt Kamlesh. The Bharat Gas agency is located in front of Telepbone Exchange, Sonipat. I booked my cylinder for refilling on 13 October but the cylinder has not been suplied even after laps of 15 days. Even the Agency concerned telephone are busy / switched off. Hower In delhi cylinder is supplied within two to three days after booking. Reason is well known to the agency. Kindly examine the matter and instruct the agency as deemed fit.
