Delay of gas delivery

I live in sion koliwada.from last 3-4 months our area gas providers are giving trouble to us by not delivering gas cylinder before 12-15 days after taking a booking.the persons who take booking don't even give us booking no. and banging phone before we finish rude behaviour and because its taking to long to deliver they tell us to go and collect the cylinder if we want from their office by ourself.its troubling us too much but this time i have booked my cylinder on 19th feb the person told me it l take 12-15 days today after 12 days i have called there to see whether they are delivering the cylinder today or not day told me i don't have any booking because that person that day dint given me any no.so they are taking the booking today and cylinder will take 20 days to come we are really sick of it now because here only one distributor is their we are not able to cop up with this please help us.because we can't see end of this thing. distributor name is sai gas and sap code is 110889
