Late in delievery

Respected sir/madam,

i had booked my gas cylinder on 5-Feb, but till now that is 06-march, it had not been delivered. I daily go to agency, they daily say today will be delivered but no response, my gas agency is shiv shakti gas service. I request you to take very strict action and try to deliver my cylinder as earjy as possible.
