Non deliver of gas even after 9 days

Dear sir,

mohan gas service agency is supplying the gas to the hotels and not delevering the gas to homes. i have booked the gas 28/2 and when do i call to the agency they are telling to contact to delivery person.i didnt get my gas even today 9/3.
