Improper Behaviou

Dear Sir,

I booked my Gas cylinder for house purpose on 31st May with Raka Gas chinchwad..Booking no.is 1314.Then suddenly without any information my connection was shifted to this Pradeep Gas Agency. When i called in Pradeep, i tried for long time. But no body was lifting the phone. Then after several efforts one lady picked up the phone. But very rudely & aerogantly she talked to me. I was trying to convince that i have booked the cylinder. Then she told me that now your connection is shifted & you have to book it again. But was it my mistake that connection is shifted? How would i know? I have done my duty of booking.

Ok, there after she suddenly kept the phone.

Next day 1 guy from Pradeep was passing from my house road. I asked him to give me the cylinder. His name was sachin. He said you talk to office. I immediately called in office. But when i was discussing in the office, that boy sachin went away. Now my cylinder is finished.what to do? Kindly guide me.
