Delay in delivery and monoply of gas agency in the town

Hello sir/mam.

i am registered with nurmahal gas agency nurmahal dist jalandhar (punjab) and i have the following complaints againt the agency/

1. i had booked a cylinder on 14th of june and it is not yet delivered and the excuse for this delay in delivery is stated as shortage of workers and due to this we are going to bear a loss of rs. 50 which is the hike in price and all this is due the mistake of agency workers.

2. giving another excuse, agency person said that the area you live in is higher than the other areas in the town and their workers can not go there with loaded cylinders.

3.the agency owners hold the stock as the came to know about the future rise in price of cylinder and they had given just few deliveries before the price hike and the black of cylinders are also going on in our area and this is from the agency owners themselves.
