Poor services - delay in getting refill cylinde

Bharat Gas Distributor - Sai Shubham Gas - Ghodbandar Road

Complaints...

1) Refill request (No. 2647 dtd. 3/8) not serviced till date (21/8)

2) All 4-5 Telephone numbers of customer support of distributor remain either busy or no-replied continuously. Neither do they have serviceable email id.

3) When luckily we got the contact number answered, executive requested us to visit their depot & collect the cylinder in case of urgency. This is pathetic, there is room for black-marketing.

Is there any SLA for the distributors for answering the phones / supply of refill cylinders?
