Not dilivering cyilende

I A.P. Wankhede, having customer no. 12151 to pradip gas agency. I booked gas on 12.8.11 but agency is not giving cylinder yet. also not receiving phone and we book gas by sms & miscall but they do not deliver gas.

also they not tell the procedure of booking, I book gas on the spot in agency.

but they are swindling us. please deliver us cylinder as soon as possible.the pradip gas agency is not good & transparent. I suggest that pradip gas agency should inquire and ask for transparent service and not cheat to customers because not only I but also many customers are facing this problem. please notice my complaint and take action as soon as possible.
