The Ratan Enterprises at kalewadi phata Pune has the disgusting service... i have booked for refilling of my cylinder 20 days back and still the cylinder is not delivered at my place... when we ring at the so called "service providers" they just randomly give out different telephone/mobile numbers and ask us to call on such numbers... when tried on these random numbers its either busy or once your the ring is gone they just switch off the phone... when gone to the office they say it will be rached in a day n so... the language they speak with the customers is usually of very abusive kind...
