Not Delivering the refilled cylinde

Dear Sir,

I booked number for refilling on 5th of sep 2011. as if now I have only one cylinder. The agency shriram gas in anandnagar (near telephone exchange) are not delivering the cylinder till today and every time when i call them they are saying that today we will deliver...

Also they are denying the 2nd cyliner. My whole family is facing problems because of this and I am also getting disturbed mentally and could not concentrate on work.

Please help me to get the cyliner on time as they commit they will deliver between 10 -12 days. It is now more than 17 days. Please suggest what should I do
