Recurrent Delay in delivery of LPG

I am a consumer of 'SACHIN GAS SERVICE', 4/51, Old Double Storey, Lajpat Nagar- Iv, New Del;hi-110024, a dealer of Bharat Gas. It is a regular practice of this dealer to delay the supply of Gas cylinders. He takes a minimum of more than three weeks or even 4-5 weeks to deliver a gas cylinder after date of booking. His phones are almost impossible to get through. Tens of people assemble everyday at the office, shouting for inconvenience caused due to delay in service. It is a regular scene at the dealer's office-

The men who come for delivery can also be seen everyday, filling in empty cylinders from the full cylinders, they are carrying for delivery.

For such a basic necessity as cooking gas, we have to face hassle and harassment month after month for years now. Please Help
