Bharat Gas
Not getting a new connection

I wanted to take a new connection of bharat gas but the agency said that we cant provide a new connection before 2 months though i dont see any logic behind this. He dint even took the registration request. I am not able to find any contact no of bharat gas administration. Gas agency- sri krupa gas agency. Kindly tell me where to complain for this.
