Not delivery

Dear sir,

I have book the cylinder in 08/06 in Aadi Shakti Gas Agency K.L.D.A.V Inter college Market, old Railway Road Roorkee. On 20/06 i have go to the agency why the agency have not receiving the gas but the agency employees says that you have receive the cylinder i have proof the signature.

But those signature is not my signature that is totally fake signature... In my booking dairy that provide from gas agency there is not receiving..
