Delay in delivery

Inspite of requesting regularly, we don't get our gas cylinder replacement.

This is happening since last 4 - 5 months, inspite of having 6 phone lines, the phones are always busy (tried calling from 10.30am - 5pm), still we managed to book it buy going to the main office personaly. we did not get the gas since last 20 days and if we go without papers and say the consumer no oraly the reject the consumer no. I feel some black marketing is going on by the staff without the dealers knowledge.(mira road branch)
