Hi,

I got a connection transferred from Trichirapalli to Bangalore.

It was done at Bharat Gas dealer, Madam Enterprises in Madiwala.

This i did in June and got the first cylinder after 2 weeks.

Again i booked for a cylinder on 25th of September.

When i called back on 18th of October they replied back saying its already been delivered on 10th of this month. I said i didnt recieve till date they went ahead checked back and was told that i will receive the gas the next day and they gave me a contact number.i called up that guy checked for which he said he would deliver the next day by 11AM, which he didnt turn up. After wards when i tried reaching him no one picks up. On 20th i called again the agency and checked with them they said its been 11days back we delivered the cylinder. I had to repeat the entire story to them and i tried calling the same guy from different number. He said he wil deliver within next half an hour which half an hour i dont knw still.

Iam sure that these guys are deliverying or selling it some where and ppl who have booked have to wait nearly a month and keep calling them. I guess its easier to get gas in black instead of having a connection.
