Not getting Cylinde

Dear Sir/ Mam

I just wanted to bring it in your notice that Im not getting response from the gas station (Bharat Gas- Bora Gas Enterprises, Rampur Rd. Rudrapur, U.s Ngr). No one is picking phone, if pick once in a while not providing booking no. Im cont trying on Tel No. 05944-245482, no response. I got last booked Cylinder after 15 days of booking direct from Agency. There is no service of home delivery, I have to face lot of problems to get gas cylinder. Pls. look into help.
