Non delivery of gas after 13 days of booking

Dear sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas, Distributor Premier Gas, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab my consumer no. is PG-5684. I booked my cylinder on 04-04 but it has not reached till today i.e.17-04. I have two cylinders, both are now empty, whenever I approached the distributor Premier Gas, Ranjit

Avenue, Amritsar, i get one answer, tomorrow it will reach. It is not the first time it has happened. It is their routine. They don't book before 21 days after delivery. Kindly let me know is there any rule that I cannot book before 21 days from delivery. I have a family of 4 persons one cylinder gets empty after maximum 30 days for second cylinder it takes 21 15=36 days for rfilling. (21-days for booking 15 days after booking). Sometime I use induction plate to cook which is very expensive, moreover it consume lot of electricity another national loss of power. Above all you can get same cylinder from the same gas agency on the same day for Rs 750. Please look into this matter
