Last time i booked my cylinder on 1th dec.2009 & i received the delivery of cylinder on 18 dec.2009 and

Whenever i ph. them (everyday 1-18dec) to know the reason of late delivery, the agency person was talking with me worst words saying (everytime) will, deliver today... today... today... today!!! DAMN!!!

I mean this is ridiculous you people have no resposiblity for your customers.

Now the newone, today 9th JAN.I have to book my cylinder. So, i calling them almost 7-8 times but ring is going, noone recieved my phone!!! oh my god!!! Is this agency or what???

This behaviour of your persons and your services force me think to change gas cylinder company.
