Delay in delivery of LPG gas cylinder

I am a regular BP gas consumer. (MG-310) I am staying in Krishna Nagar and the dealer is Mamta Gas Service Hind Nagar, Kanpur Road, LUCKNOW.. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 15 to 20 days BUT I book gas on 19.01.2010 & gas supply not done.the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within... 5-7 days.
