Re: poor response & delayed delivery of LPG cylinder.

My brother Abdul Rawoof 's consumer no.8157 and he is getting the cylinder thro' the distributor viz. Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Rayapuram, Chennai (North).

The distributor does not respond to phone calls either for booking or for delivery. Even when we personally book for cylinder, every time the distributor takes more than two weeks time and delivers only after we personally approach for delivery. Every time I witness most of the consumers having the same problem with this distributor. In spite of having two cylinders, my brother could get only one cylinder in a month.

These gas distributors sell the LPG to the commercial people for higher price and leave the consumers to suffer. Its become a hectic task and mental agony with this distributor to get a cylinder every month. I hope Bharat Gas Ltd. would form a consumer grievance cell and make surprise check on these corrupt distributors.
