Bharat Gas / LPG Refill Cylender
Not deliver till today

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked my LPG cylender for refill on 15-01-10 through SMS and my booking no. 509488.

but till today dt 25-01-10 even after 10 days there is no response from gas agency. I had call also two times first on friday dt 22-01-10 and secondly on 23-01-10. but every times they give my false statement about delivery of my cylender. Is this not a monopoly... can you take some action to sovle this situation.
