gas was booked on 31/1 and delivery was assured in 15days its 18th feb today and the cylinder has not yet been delivered to our residence.

we have called up and enquired, the concerned person told it will be delivered today but we haven't yet recieved the cylinder.

the same problem is being faced by us from a past few months.

and the cylinder when recieved always has a back billing date of 3 to 4 days back.
