Not receiving gas cylinder in proper time

Dear Sir,

I am regular customer of Bharat Gas & my consumer no 24758. I have gas cylinder connection from distributer name:-Vighnaharta Gas Service, Poonam Apartment, Shop No-02, Plot no-104, Sector-02, Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai 400709 & (DISTRIBUTER CODE:- CC138925). I have applied for the refilling of gas cylinder on 24.07.10, and still i have not received yet. Every day agent promised me that today i will get the cylinder but his promise fails to do. This is happening from last three days. Now i am helpless. Please take care of this matter do the needful.
