No gas for the last 2weeks

I had booked a cylinder refill on 09August with (138924) SAI SHUBHAM GAS SERVICE at Thane Ghodbunder. The staff never gave me a booking reference number. The informed me that I will get it in 2-3 days. I followed up with them again on around 12th August, when they informed me that they do not have my booking.

They again took a fresh booking and gave me a reference no - 1535. Since then till today, the 17th August, I'm yet to receive my cylinder. This is frustrating considering that, they don't allow me to take a 2nd connection till 1 year.

Now I'm without gas for nearly the past 2 weeks. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS
