Irregularity in supply of gas

Dear Sir

We are using bharath gas for past 10 years till date we are suffering a lot because of irregular in supplying of gas. The employees working over there are not giving response to the customers and last month dtd 5.3.2010 we have booked the gas and till now we have not got the gas.

So kindly do needful and oblige and take severre action against this issue.
