Delay in delivery of LPG gas

I booked for filled gas on September 19 as of now almost one month and ten days over .still i haven't got filled gas cylinder.when ever i call the agency, they saying all delay in stock and delivery.as i searched with other gas agency they are saying they have enough stock and doing the delivery on time.

please do consider this mail and rectify my quiry
