Delay in Cylinder delivery

We have the gas connection and getting the gas from Bharath Gas Agency, Camp Road, Medavakkam, Chennai. And there land line phone number is 044-22275055 . We booked for the gas in time and my consumer No. is : 25761.

We have not received gas yet, even after the 20 days of booking. We went to the agency and asked them and they said, it will be delivered tomorrow without fail. But it is not. Again i called up and asked, but again they says it will take two more days. We are struggling because of this delay. Please ask them to deliver gas in time.

If you wish, you please call that number and say my consumer number and ask for the cylinder and see their response.

Please take immediate action and do the needful.
